Community Boards is a 4-day field sprint in Roanoke. You and a partner you choose train together, then help restaurants get free community boards and fill them with local advertisers.

What you get

Paid 1099 contractor role for the field week. Bring energy and close boards with your partner.
Real training
Daily lunch + training (scripts, objections, how to land a host and fill a board), then field time ~1:45–4 with a coach on site.
Your partner
You apply as a pair. Partner name is required — pick someone you want to work with all week.

- Who: Ages 16+ (16–17 need guardian media release + hold-harmless)
- Video app: Short video of you (and ideally your partner) is part of the application
